I understand that by signing the contracts, I agree that repayment of the principle loan is required regardless of how the deal goes, and is enforced through the personal guarantee I sign. I will keep Dane updated as the deal progresses no matter what.
We do not fund deals for end buyers on anything less than $5k EMD. The wholesaler/buyer will be charged $250 up-front prior to us sending any money.
